Creativity and Consistency Make Success Thrive in your Organization

We all want success.

It is the mark of accomplishment that drives us forward.

Before you can have success in your business, you must define what success is.

You must also be willing to push forward and be consistent when it comes to moving in the direction of your goals.

The two things I believe are most important when it comes to making your organization thrive are creativity and consistency.

Creativity is a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed. The created item may be intangible or a physical object .

Scholarly interest in creativity is found in a number of disciplines, primarily psychology, business studies, and cognitive science, but also education, technology, engineering, philosophy , theology, sociology, linguistics, and economics, covering the relations between creativity and general intelligence, personality type, mental and neural processes, mental health, or artificial intelligence; the potential for fostering creativity through education and training; the fostering of creativity for national economic benefit, and the application of creative resources to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning.

Creativity is putting things together in a unique way

I have referred to this before and I will refer to it many times because it is so profound.

There is nothing new under the sun – BUT THE COMBINATION of things UNDER the Sun are ENDLESS!

There is something about putting things together in a unique combination inspired by you.

This is what creativity is.

If you want to make a painting, you need a canvas, a brush and paints. You use the brush to put paint on the canvas and when you do, you create a combination of things under the Sun unique to anything that has ever existed before.

Now let’s use our imagination.

Imagination is also extremely important when it comes to CREATIVITY!

Let’s take a life changing combination of things under the Sun like Windows. In 1960, Windows wasn’t even a forethought, but in the 1980s, people started thinking about things in a different way. Microsoft was Born and so was Bill Gates. Look at the story of Amazon.

The reason I bring the giants up, is because there are combinations today that could change the world more than these two companies. What if you were to come up with that combination?

Success in this business is about the process. You must be creative and look at your process from the top down. Look at it drawn out like a mind map. Don’t be afraid to be bold with your creativity. Be relentless about it. Don’t keep doing the same thing over and over again forever, but you do have to stick to it. You must have the determination to see your creative pursuit through to the end.

Creativity involves looking at all of the tools you have available to you, and figuring out new and innovative ways to put those things together. This is where the creative process becomes about creating the process.

You have a blog.

And a newsletter.

You are on social media.

And like to write articles from time to time.

How are you going to put all of these things together in a creative way. Getting things to function properly is simple if you have the right process in place. If your path is causing your prospect to make a decision to buy from you, keep sending prospects along that path and over time, you will be able to use that creativity to make it even better.

Creativity is accomplished in every aspect of your business.

Building Relationships is art. You must be creative.

Consistency is Getting Passionate About the Process

Being creative is great.

If you have an amazing process as a result, that is a good thing.

adjective:(sometimes followed by `with’) in agreement or consistent or reliable.

“testimony consistent with the known facts”; “I have decided that the course of conduct which I am following is consistent with my sense of responsibility as president in time of war”- FDR

consistent (vs. inconsistent)

capable of being reproduced.
“astonishingly reproducible results can be obtained”

reproducible (vs. unreproducible), consistent

marked by an orderly, logical, and aesthetically consistent relation of parts.
“a coherent argument”

coherent (vs. incoherent), consistent, logical, ordered

the same throughout in structure or composition.
“bituminous coal is often treated as a consistent and homogeneous product”

consistent, uniform

Being consistent comes down to being reliable.

IT is an accountability to the process.

The creativity that you use in defining the process, and laying out the path will give you the passion necessary to stick to it.

The Relationship Marketing Journey is a rewarding one.

You are going to have fun doing this if you take the time to set things up the right way. Remember, you are going to be connecting and building relationships, growing your business because the process is going to give you confidence.

This isn’t something you need to hurry and finish, because it will never be finished. You will always be perfecting it, and adding to it. The Creative force that you spark in the beginning will stay right there with you, and grow in your belly like a raging fire over time.

Are you ready for this?
